Border Patrol Agent being investigated for killing wife’s lover

United States Border Patrol Officer Adam Garibay of Corpus Christi, Texas is being investigated for allegedly killing his wife’s extramarital affair lover, Keith Martin of Hondo, Texas, announced Medina County Sheriff Randy Brown.
U.S. Border Patrol Agent Adam Garibay is accused of tying up his wife at their Corpus Christi home until she disclosed the name and address of the person with whom she was allegedly having an extramarital affair with.
Garibay allegedly drove from Corpus Christi to a home near Hondo, Texas in Medina County where he allegedly shot and killed Keith Martin. Border Patrol Agent Garibay then led Medina County Sheriff Department Deputies on a wild chase while attempting to detain and question him regarding the shooting of Keith Martin. Medina County Sheriff Deputies forced Garibay off the highway causing him to crash and sustain some injuries. Garibay was arrested and taken to the Medina County Hospital for medical treatment, where he remains and a murder charge is pending to be filed against him.
