Eagle Pass Police Department Crime Report
Monday, October 20, 2014, 4:50pm: Eagle Pass Police Department patrol units responded to a motor vehicle accident in which one of the vehicles involved lost control as a result of a grey 2011 Chevy pickup truck with Coahuila license plates failing to make a complete stop. The collision caused a blue 1998 Chevy Tahoe with Texas license plates operated by 22 year old Hector Fidel Aguilera to roll over onto its roof. The accident occurred at the intersection of Adolphus Street and Bryan Street. Aguilera was transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center Emergency Room by EMS Technicians for treatment of injuries sustained. As a result of the accident both vehicles were impounded due to their inoperability.
Tuesday, October 21, 2014, 4:23 am: Eagle Pass Police Department patrol units responded to the Camino Real Bridge after a male subject who had been denied entry into the United States by CBP Officers scaled the chain-link security fence of the bridge and climbed down to a support pillar. Eagle Pass Fire Department Rescue Units were immediately summoned and arrived with the ladder truck in an attempt to rescue the male subject. Prior to providing assistance to the male subject, he jumped from the pillar to the ground below the Camino Real Bridge. Medical assistance was immediately provided on scene by Eagle Pass Fire Department personnel and transported 32 year old Cesar U. Musquiz Carrizales to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center Emergency Room for treatment of injuries. Musquiz Carrizales was later transported to a medical facility in San Antonio, Texas where his condition has been reported as critical but stable.
