Cesar R. Lozano, Jr. receives New Mexico State Bar License
Eagle Passan Cesar R. Lozano, Jr. is pleased to announce that he passed the New Mexico State Bar Exam in 2009 and has become a duly licensed attorney in New Mexico.
Lozano’s law practice is limited to federal law matters with a focus on Social Security Disability and Immigration law.
Lozano is a 1994 honors graduate of Eagle Pass High School. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2002.
While at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lozano served as President of the Latino Law Student Association.
Lozano worked as an Assistant District Attorney with the Second Judicial District of Bernalillo County in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He also has worked with several Eagle Pass law firms.
Lozano is the son of Cesar R. Lozano and Maria de Lourdes (Lulu) Lozano of Eagle Pass. A genuine interest in helping people with legal issues motivated Lozano to pursue a law degree and legal career.
