Healthy Heart Fair to be held Thursday, February 28th at FDRMC

The Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center (FDRMC) is hosting a Healthy Heart Fair on Thursday, February 28, 2013, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Main Lobby of the hospital, announced Richard Prati, Chief Executive Officer of FDRMC.

The Healthy Heart Fair will include free health screenings such as blood pressure check, glucose screening, cholesterol screening, Body Mass Index (BMI), and heart attack and stroke risk analysis.

The Healthy Heart Fair also will include diet and exercise educational materials, a Zumba presentation, healthy snacks and refreshments, and free giveaways.

The Healthy Heart Fair is open to the public and admission is absolutely free. Come celebrate February as the Heart Health Awareness Month at the FDRMC’s Healthy Heart Fair on Thursday, February 28th, at 3333 North Foster-Maldonado Boulevard in Eagle Pass, Texas.
