Hector J. Cerna named Citizen of the Year by Chamber

IBC Bank-Eagle Pass President and Chief Executive Officer Hector J. Cerna was named the 2012 Citizen of the Year by the Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce at its 86th Annual Chamber Banquet on Thursday, February 21, 2013.

Also nominated for the Citizen of the Year Award were Mirella Zaragoza and Jose A. Perez.
