Maverick County Bar Association elects new officers

The Maverick County Bar Association elected new officers for 2013-2014 at its February 13, 2013 monthly meeting electing Heriberto Morales, Jr. as President, Rolando Salinas as Vice-President, Edgar Hugo Juarez as Secretary, and Francisco Martinez, III as Treasurer.
Past-President Felipe Hernandez thanked the members of the Maverick County Bar Association for allowing him the privilege and honor to serve as their President for the past two years and congratulated the newly-elected officers.
Newly-elected President Heriberto Morales, Jr. thanked his brethren for their trust and confidence in bestowing him the honor of serving them and the community as President for 2013-2014.
“I appreciate the support and the privilege that my peers have bestowed upon me by this selection. I also want to thank Felipe Hernandez and the previous officers for their tireless work and efforts during their administration. I look forward to representing the Bar in a positive light and making the Maverick County Bar Association the best in the region in involvement with the community.” Morales said
Maverick County Bar Association members enjoyed a continuing legal education presentation, lunch and refreshments, and held the annual election of officers at a local restaurant.
