City early voting will commence on April 29th

Eagle Pass city elections  early voting which will see incumbent Mayor Ramsey E. Cantu seek re-election, will initiate on April 29, and will run all the way to May 7, 2013. Cantu will be going against businessman Saul Fernandez, who is the President of the Maverick County Development Corporation and owner of Willow Creek Adult Daycare Center.

Early voting will be taking place at the Multi- Purpose Center from April 29 to May, 7. The voting polls will be open from  8:00am till 5:00pm on each day of early voting.

The general election will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 and the voting polls will be open from 7:00am till 7:00pm on that day. The general election will be held at the same location.

Included in this election are the two Eagle Pass City Council seats that are currently occupied by Luis Sifuentes (Place 4) and Rudy Villalpando ( Place 1). Both are unopposed.
