Congressman Pete P. Gallego opens San Antonio office

Congressman Pete P. Gallego of the 23rd Congressional District of Texas celebrated the grand opening of his new San Antonio, Texas office located at 1714 S.W. Military Drive on the southside of the Alamo City amidst over 250 citizens and elected officials who attended the event.
Congressman Gallego welcomed his constituents to their new Congressional office in San Antonio and told them the office is for them to bring their concerns and issues with the federal government and its agencies to his attention and allow him and his dedicated staff help them with their issues. Congressman Gallego introduced his staff to constituents. Accompanying Congressman Gallego were his lovely wife, Maria Elena Ramon, and his handsome son, Nicholas Gallego.
San Antonio City Councilman Rey Saldana introduced Congressman Gallego at the grand opening ceremony calling him “a wonderful person and a great asset to San Antonio.” Saldana stated that San Antonians could not have a better person representing them in Washington, D. C. than Congressman Gallego.
Also present at the grand opening were San Antonio City Councilwoman Leticia Ozuna, State Representative Joe Farias, Devine Mayor Bill Herring, Crystal City Councilman Roel Mata, Crystal City Manager Alex Zepeda, Fourth Court of Appeals Justice Rebeca Martinez, Maverick County Hospital District Board of Director and Eagle Pass Housing Authority Commissioner Ricardo E. Calderon, Maverick County Development Corporation President Saul Fernandez and wife, Rosantina Fernandez, and federal agencies’ representatives.
Attendees were able to greet Congressman Gallego and received personal tours of the new office in the heart of the southside San Antonio. Guests were treated to hor’s de voures and refreshments. The grand opening of Congressman Gallego’s new office in San Antonio was a great success.
