Considered as a visionary political leader with public and private partnership building ideas, Mayor Castro will speak about important issues affecting Texas and the United States such as education, international trade, health care, immigration, energy, public government, and business. Mayor Castro will also speak about improving Eagle Pass and San Antonio business and cultural relations at the awards.
