Small Fire Prompts Evacuation of OLOR School

A small fire was reported at Our Lady of Refuge School at approximately 1:45pm. The fire prompted the immediate evacuation of all students and faculty. The Eagle Pass Fire and Police Department responded and quickly took control of the situation. There was no immediate danger to the students. Elements of the Fire Department used fans to clear out the danger of smoke that had settled within the building. There were no immediate reports of injuries. It is unclear what the cause of the fire was at this time .
