A would-be Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino patron, Mark Plocek of Carrizo Springs, Texas, feels that he is the luckiest man on Earth surviving a one vehicle rollover accident on Farm to Market Road 2644 between Carrizo Springs and El Indio, Texas near the Comanche Ranch property in Maverick County, Texas on Saturday, October 12, 2013.
Plocek told Maverick County Sheriff’s Department Deputies investigating the accident that he was merrily traveling west on FM 2644 from Carrizo Springs to El Indio on his way to go play at the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino when suddenly he lost control of his vehicle at a large curve near FM 2644 mile marker 392 when he sustained a one vehicle accident and suffered injuries to his head but declined to go to the hospital for medical treatment.
Plocek and his 2011 White Ford F-250 Pickup Truck caused damages to approximately 50 feet of private fence at the Comanche Ranch as a result of his automobile accident. Plocek’s F-250 Pickup Truck suffered severe damage to its front hood and a broken windshield.
Although Plocek did not arrive to his intended destination at the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino, he was the luckiest man on Earth as he got a scare and a second chance in life.
The accident is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety and the Maverick County Sheriff’s Department.
