Seco Mines Community Center Director David Lopez of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, outside the community center by Texas Department of Public Safety Officers for alleged credit card abuse in Eagle Pass.
Lopez is a Maverick County, Texas employee. Lopez was booked and magistrated on Tuesday, October 22nd, at the Tom Bowles Maverick County Detention Center and was released immediately thereafter by posting a personal recognizance bond.
Lopez will be suspended without pay by Maverick County pending the adjudication of his criminal charges.
