Eagle Pass Police Department arrests two men for failure to comply with registration

The City of Eagle Pass Police Department has arrested two men for failure to comply with registration requirements in separate cases, announced Lieutenant Aldo Escamilla.
In the first case, Paulino Pedraza of Fort Worth, Texas was arrested on Friday, December 20, 2013, in Fort Worth on an arrest warrant issued by the Eagle Pass Police Department for failure to comply with registration requirements. Eagle Pass Police officers traveled to Fort Worth to pick-up Pedraza and bring him to Eagle Pass to be magistrated on the pending warrant of arrest issued by the Eagle Pass Police Department.
In the second case, Alejandro Galan of Eagle Pass was arrested at his place of employment by the Eagle Pass Police Department Criminal Investigation Division on Monday, December 23, 2013, for failure to comply with registration requirements. Galan remains incarcerated and is awaiting for magistration by a judge.
Lieutenant Aldo Escamilla stated that the Eagle Pass Police Department will enforce the State of Texas laws failure to comply with registration laws.
