On Monday, February 3, 2014, at approximately 4:09pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call at the Wal-Mart Super Center. Jose Luis Mendez, 28, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Theft over $50.00. He was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Monday, February 3, 2014, at approximately 8:12pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call by the 500 block of Garrison Blvd. (Exxon). Upon arrival officers made contact with cashiers who identified a male suspect out by the gas pump area. Albino Robles Sanchez, 54, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Monday, February 3, 2014, at approximately 7:00pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call on the 1200 Block of Williams in reference to a possible intruder. Upon arrival officer made contact with a male suspect who was attempting to open the rear door of a residence. Mario Alberto Garcia-Flores, 48, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Monday, February 3, 2014, at approximately 4:09pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department assisted the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office in locating a vehicle that had absconded from their pursuit. Benjamin Villa, 29, of Eagle Pass, Texas, was arrested for Public Intoxication. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail. Giovanni Vasquez Duran, 27, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Evading Arrest and Driving While License Invalid. He was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Sunday, February 2, 2014, at approximately 8:08pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call on the 1800 Block of Garrison. Officers made contact with business owners and were advised a male suspect was locked in the bathroom. The officer instructed male suspect to come out of the restroom in which he complied. Juan Francisco Mata, Jr., 31, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail.
On Sunday, February 2, 2014, at approximately 7:15pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to Peter Piper Pizza. Officers made contact with the store manager who quickly pointed out a female who was asking for police assistance. The female victim made an out of family violence against her husband who was in the establishment. Juan Jose Jimenez-Bravo, 31, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Family Violence Assault and Family Violence Intimidation.
On Sunday, February 2, 2014, at approximately 6:28pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call at the Wal-Mart Super Center. Alma Rosa Mireles, 21, of Crystal City, Texas, was arrested for Theft over $50.00. She was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Sunday, February 2, 2014, at approximately 5:13pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call at JC Penney inside Mall De Las Aguilas. Armando Salvador Resendeiz-Valdez, 19, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Saturday, February 1, 2014, at approximately 6:59pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to the 600 block of Ferry in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the officer noticed a white in color Ford Expedition leaving the parking lot. Officers conducted a brief traffic stop on the vehicle and conducted an interior search where narcotics were found. Alberto Garcia, 46, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Possession of Marihuana under two ounces. He was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Saturday, February 1, 2014, at approximately 9:54am, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to the 800 Block of Kifuri Street. Upon arrival officer made contact with a male subject who was standing outside with a beer in his hand. Marcos Maldonado, 44, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication and Outstanding Municipal Warrants. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Saturday, February 1, 2014, at approximately 12:34am, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to the 1700 Block of Cox Street. Upon arrival officer made contact with a male subject who was laying on the curb. Martin Miranda, 40, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Public Intoxication. He was transported back to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and confined to jail pending magistration.
On Friday, January 31, 2014, at approximately 4:13pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call at the Wal-Mart Super Center. Hector Daniel Carrizales Tovar, 55, of Frontera Coahuila, Mexico was arrested for Theft under $50.00. He was processed and later released on citation.
