Eagle Pass Police Department – (Press Release)
On Sunday, March 30, 2014, at approximately 10:31pm, the Eagle Pass Police Department responded to a call on the 900 Block of Medina Street in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival officers met with a couple who had been arguing. During the course of the argument it turned into an altercation. Roberto Aleman-Villareal, 41, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Family Violence/Assault. He was transported to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and formally charged.
On Saturday, March 29, 2014, at approximately 1:50am, the Eagle Pass Police Department while on patrol conducted a traffic stop on the 1900 Block of North Veterans Blvd. Officers approached driver and could immediately smell some type of alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver. Raul Guardiola, 32, of Eagle Pass, Texas was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Eagle Pass Police Department where he was processed and formally charged.
