The multi-million highway construction project will open a new overpass to Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico motorists traveling on both City of Eagle Pass International Bridges Nos. 1 and 2, but mostly Bridge No. 2 , over the ever busier Union Pacific Railroad tracks which are constantly being used and blocking motorists attempting to cross over.

Motorists will also be able to have express traffic access to Mall de las Aguilas, Walmart Super Store, Lowe’s, H.E.B., Bibb Street businesses, El Indio Highway, Veterans Boulevard, the New Loop, and the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel.
