Eagle Pass Man Commits Suicide with Firearm

An unidentified Eagle Pass man, age 74, allegedly committed suicide with a gun at a residence on Sunday morning, on December 21, 2014, in an east-side subdivision in Eagle Pass, Maverick County, Texas, announced Eagle Pass Police Department Public Relations Director, Humberto Garza, Jr.
Maverick County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, Kina Mancha was summoned to the scene of the tragedy and declared the yet unidentified male deceased at 9:21 A.M. on December 21st. Judge Mancha ordered an autopsy be done of the deceased person.
The tragic death of this Eagle Passan under the alleged circumstances dampens the Holiday Season for the family and friends of the deceased, Eagle Pass Police Department, and citizens of Eagle Pass and Maverick County.
The case remains under investigation by the Eagle Pass Police Department.
