U.S. Highway 57, U.S. Highway 277, and Texas FM 481 Temporarily Closed Due to Flash Flooding

The Maverick County Sheriff’s Department announced that U.S. 57 between Eagle Pass and La Pryor, Texas and U.S. Highway 277 South between Eagle Pass and Carrizo Springs, Texas, and Texas FM 481 between Eagle Pass and Uvalde, Texas re temporarily closed on Friday, October 9, 2015 due to flash flooding and will be reopened later once the flooding subsides.  

U.S. Highway 277 South between Eagle Pass and Carrizo Springs, Texas also is closed due to an 18 Wheeler Tractor Trailer overturned on the highway.
