Maverick County Judge David R. Saucedo to hold Press Conference to announce new Precinct 3 County Commissioner

Maverick County Judge David R. Saucedo announced a press conference on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at 5:30 P.M. at the Maverick County Commissioners Courtroom, located at 500 Quarry Street, in Eagle Pass, Texas, to announce the appointment of a new County Commissioner for Precinct 3 in light of Commissioner Jose Luis Rosales’ sudden resignation from the post on Monday, November 2, 2015, only one day before a scheduled federal court criminal case hearing.

Rosales is scheduled to appear on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at 9 A.M. before U.S. District Judge Alia Moses for the Western District of Texas, Del Rio Division, in Del Rio, Texas for a rearraingment and docket control hearing where Rosales is to announce whether he will plead Not Guilty and request a jury trial or Guilty or request a continuance of his case.

County Judge David R. Saucedo will announce his appointment of a new County Commissioner for Precinct 3 at the press conference on November 3rd.
