Pro Boxing Fight Night Features Female Boxers in Eagle Pass, TX

Professional Boxing aficionados on the U.S.-Mexico border will get to see the first women’s professional boxing match in Eagle Pass, Texas between Mayela “La Cobrita” Perez from Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico and Ebony “Storm” Rivers from North Carolina on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at the City of Eagle Pass International Center for Trade at 7 P.M., announced Grande Promotions CEO Salvador Salinas, Jr.
A total of nine (9) professional boxing matches will be featured on the Eagle Pass Fight Card, said Salinas. Boxers are from both the U.S. and Mexico, including Houston, San Antonio, Eagle Pass, Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, and North Carolina.
Tickets are available ranging from $20-$65 at Fuddruckers, Peter Piper Pizza, Panchito’s Super Market, Nevarez Law Group, Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce, Eagle Pass Boys & Girls Club, and at the International Center for Trade in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Salinas invites all Eagle Pass, Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico, Del Rio, Bracketville, Uvalde, Laredo, Crystal City, Carrizo Springs, San Antonio, and surrounding area boxing fans to attend the exciting professional boxing matches at Eagle Pass on Saturday, January 16th. Billed as the “Eagle Pass Fight Night,” the January 16th Boxing Fight Card signals the return of professional boxing to this U.S.-Mexico border community.
