Medina Valley High School’s Request to change to District 29-5A Denied by UIL Executive Committee

The Texas University Interscholastic League (UIL) Executive Committee denied Medina Valley High School’s (Castroville, TX) request to change from District 26-5A to District 29-5A during 2016-2018 on Thursday, February 18, 2016 in Austin, Texas, leaving District 29-5A with six schools including C.C. Winn, Floresville, Uvalde, San Antonio Harlandale, San Antonio McCollum, and San Antonio Southside.

Corpus Christi Calallen High School and Alice High School petitions to be transferred to District 30-5A from District 29-5A were unanimously granted by the UIL Executive Committee on February 18, 2016, announced Eagle Pass C. C. Winn High School Athletic Coordinator and Head Football Coach Eric Villasenor.
