Eagle Pass Independent School District Teacher Suspended

An Eagle Pass Independent School District female teacher has been suspended with pay pending an investigation concerning the posting of a nude photograph of her on the internet, announced Eagle Pass Independent School District Board President Lupita Fuentes.

An investigation has been opened to determine who posted the school teacher’s photograph on the Internet by the Eagle Pass Independent School District Police and the Texas Rangers.  If someone posted the teacher’s photograph without her consent, they may face criminal charges as well as a civil lawsuit by the teacher.

Eagle Pass Independent School District staff, parents, and students have reported seeing the teacher’s photograph on the Internet.
