Former Maverick County Justice of the Peace of Precinct 3-AB Cesar Iracheta was sentenced to 94 months in federal prison for bribery and corruption concerning the awarding and/or receipt of public construction contracts of Maverick County and three years of community supervision by United States District Judge Alia Moses of the Western District of Texas, Del Rio Division, in Del Rio, Texas on Tuesday, May 24, 2016.
