Southwest Texas Junior College to Host Scholastic Book Fair Event May 16-20

What:
Southwest Texas Junior College will host a Scholastic Book Fair on May 16-20. Time will be from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday-Thursday and on Friday 8:00AM – 3:30PM. Funds raised will help purchase books for SWTJC libraries. Families, faculty, staff, local teachers and the community are invited to attend this fun reading event that helps inspire all to become lifelong readers.
The Book Fair will feature special events and activities throughout the week including games, face painting, picture opportunity, food, prizes and more.
Family Event Join the Fun with Bobo and Bonis the Clown Magicians on Tuesday 17.
Special guest Clifford the Red Dog will visit on Wednesday May 18.

The Book Fair offers specially priced books and educational products, including popular series, award-winning titles, new releases, adult bestsellers, and other great reads from more than 100 publishers.
Book Fair customers may help the college by expanding book collection in our library by purchasing books through the On-campus book fair or online. In addition, the Book Fair will feature the All for Books™ program, a fundraiser that will help us purchase more books for our library. Scholastic matches monetary donations with a donation of up to one million books, which go to national non-profit organizations dedicated to helping families in need, such as the Kids in Distressed Situations and Kids In Need Foundation.
