C.C. Winn High School Graduation set for Saturday, June 4th

The Eagle Pass C.C. Winn High School Mavericks Class of 2016 graduation is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at 8 P.M. at the Eagle Pass Independent School District (EPISD) Student Activity Center Cozel Foster-Veterans Memorial Stadium, announced EPISD Superintendent Gilberto Gonzalez.

Approximately 500 seniors are expected to graduate from C.C. Winn High School announced Eagle Pass High School Superintendent Gilbert Gonzalez.

C.C. Winn High School Principal Jesus Diaz-Wever and faculty proudly announce the graduation of their students and applaud the top five (5) percent graduates of the Class of 2016.

Principal Jesus Diaz-Wever announced the C.C. Winn High School Top 5% graduating seniors during their Recognition Banquet held at the EPISD Fine Arts Reception Room on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.

The 2016 C.C Winn High School Valedictorian is Iram Emmanuel Olivares with an outstanding Grade Point Average (GPA) of 101.83 and the Salutatorian is Nancy Luna with an excellent GPA of 101.34.

The other top 5% Class of 2016 C.C. Winn High School graduates include Andrea Marie Martinez with a GPA of 101.23, Alexis Azenette Martinez with a GPA of 99.62, Grecia Guadalupe De La Cerda with a GPA of 99.43, Valeria Guadalupe Sornia with a GPA of 99.28, Issac Turrubiate Salinas with a GPA of 98.20, Stephanie Trevino with a GPA of 98.17, Johnelle Olivet Moreno with a GPA of 97.92, Jaime Gonzalez, Jr. with a GPA of 97.69, Jesus Manuel Serrato, Jr. with a GPA of 97.25, Victor Manuel Villasana with a GPA of 97.17 , Arely Perez with a GPA of 97.00, Elizabeth Alferes with a GPA of 96.97, German A. De Luna Romo with a GPA of 96.72, Vicente De Leon, Jr. with a GPA of 96. 63, Leonela Villegas with a GPA of 96.56, Lorena Alejandra Sanchez with a GPA of 96.53, Javier Flores with a GPA of 96.20, Adrian Federico Gonzalez with a GPA of 96.10, and Andres Echavarria with a GPA of 95.85.

In case of inclement of weather, the C. C. Winn Graduation Ceremony will be moved to 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, June 5, 2016.   If it is raining on the day of graduation, please tune in to your local radio station, I-Vision on Cable Channel 16, or call your campus to receive further details. If rain continues on the rescheduled date, then the ceremony will be cancelled and students can pick up their diploma the following business day.
