Eagle Pass Police Department Crime Report

Monday, April 10, 2017:  An investigation conducted by the Eagle Pass Police Department Criminal Investigations Division (CID), Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) resulted in the arrest of an adult male. The adult male was arrested in connection with a seizure of 9 kilograms of cocaine in the Eagle Pass area. This seizure was directly connected to another seizure of approximately 18 kilograms of cocaine which occurred in the City of San Antonio, Texas. A total approximate weight of 28 kilograms of cocaine with a street value of $1.9 million dollars was seized.

This case remains under investigation.
