Two Maverick County Hospital District Board of Trustee Places to be in November 2018 Ballot, Candidate Registration Period Now Open

Two Maverick County Hospital District Board of Trustee Places will be on the November 6, 2018 General Election Ballot, announced MCHD Chief Executive Officer Terri Contreras-Patlan.

The two places that will be on the November 6, 2018 Ballot are those currently held by Board President Adolfo “Fito” Olivares and Board Member Dr. Ronald Hixson. The two top candidates receiving the most votes in the election will be elected to these two positions.

Any person interested in registering as a candidate for the Maverick County Hospital District Board of Trustees may do so with MCHD CEO Terri Contreras-Patlan from July 20, 2018 through August 21, 2018 at the District Offices located at 3406 Bob Rogers Drive in Eagle Pass, Texas from Monday-Friday, 8 A.M. through 5 P.M. 

All candidates must be at least 18 years of age or older, be a resident of the Maverick County Hospital District for at least one year, be a United States citizen, and not have a criminal history.
