Eagle Pass Babe Ruth Baseball President Morris Libson, Jr. announced that the 10 Regional Champion Teams that have qualified to play in the upcoming 2018 Babe Ruth Baseball 14 Year Old World Series during August 9-16, 2018 in Eagle Pass, Texas have punched their tickets to the Big Dance-the World Series.

The 10 Babe Ruth Baseball 14 Year Old Regional Champion Teams qualifying for the 2018 World Series in Eagle Pass, Texas include the local Host Team of Eagle Pass, Texas, the East Texas State Champion from Nederland, Texas, the Southwest Regional Champion from Phenix City, Alabama, the Southeast Regional Champion from Tallahassee, Florida, the New Engand Regional Champion from Norwalk, Connecticut, the Ohio Valley Regional Champion from Hammond, Indiana, the Midwest Plains Regional Champion from West Fargo, North Dakota, the Pacific Northwest Regional Champion from Vancouver, Washington, the Pacific Southwest Regional Champion from Kaunakakai,Hawaii, and the Middle Atlantic-Atlantic Shore Regional Champion from Somers Point, New Jersey.

The teams will begin to arrive in Eagle Pass during August 7th with registration and pre-World Series activities during August 8th before the Grand Opening Ceremony on August 9, 2019 at 11 A.M. at Moncada Baseball Park on the banks of the Rio Grande River on the United States-Mexico border.
