Eagle Pass Lady Eagles battle Harlingen South Lady Hawks in Area Championship on May 3-4

The mighty Eagle Pass High School Lady Eagles will battle the Harlingen South High School Lady Hawks in the 2019 UIL Region IV-6A Area Championship (Second Round) on May 3-4, 2019 in a best of three series in Sinton, Texas.

The Lady Eagles are the District 29-6A Champions and sport a 25-7 record entering the Area Championship Playoffs while the Harlingen South Lady Hawks are the second-place representative of District 32-6A with a 23-6 record.

GAME 1

The first game of the best of three series will be played on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 7 P.M. at the Sinton High School Softball Field in Sinton, Texas.

GAME 2

The second game of the series will be played on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 3 P.M. at the Sinton High School Softball Field in Sinton, Texas.

GAME 3

The third game of the series, if necessary, will also be played on Saturday, May 4, 2019 30 minutes following Game 2 at Sinton High School Softball Field in Sinton, Texas.

The Lady Eagles swept the La Joya High School Lady Coyotes last week in the Bi-District Championship Series to earn the right to advance to the Area Championship against the Harlingen South Lady Hawks.

All loyal Eagle Nation aficionados are encouraged to attend the Lady Eagles Area Playoff against the Harlingen South Lady Hawks during May 3-4, 2019 in Sinton, Texas and support them to victory.
