Maverick County Hospital District Hosts Third Annual Health and Wellness Expo on November 8th

Maverick County Hospital District Chief Executive Officer Alma Martinez announced that the public is cordially invited to attend the District’s Third Annual Health and Wellness Expo on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 2 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the City of Eagle Pass International Center for Trade, 3295 Bob Rogers Drive, Eagle Pass, Texas. Admission is totally free.
Over 50 medical and healthcare providers will be providing free medical services and/or health screens to attendees, including vision exams, eye pressure exams, dental exams, physicals, clinical breast exams, blood pressure exams, glucose exams, HIV tests, flu shots, kidney screens, genetic cancer screens, and much more, said Elias Diaz, LMFT, Health and Wellness Expo Coordinator.
The purpose of the Health and Wellness Expo is to provide Maverick Countians an opportunity to receive free health services and screenings by Maverick County Hospital District healthcare providers and other local healthcare providers in the community. It is important that everyone gets annual healthcare screenings and check ups from their healthcare providers.
The Third Annual Health and Wellness Expo will feature top healthcare providers in the community providing free screenings and check ups to the public. Early detection of any health condition is important to one’s health and future.
Come and attend the Third Annual Health and Wellness Expo this Friday, November 8th, at the Eagle Pass International Center for Trade. Bring yourself, your children, family, and friends to the Health and Wellness Expo. Your health is important to all of us at the Maverick County Hospital District.
