Los Angeles Lakers Legend Kobe Bryant Killed In Helicopter Crash at Age 41

Los Angeles Lakers and NBA Basketball Legend Kobe Bryant, age 41, and a daughter, Gianna Maria Bryant, age 13,were killed in a helicopter crash together with seven other people on Sunday, January 26, 2020 in Calabasas, California, stunning the world sports aficionados.
Bryant was one of nine people reported killed in the helicopter crash near Santa Monica, California. There was no survivors of the crash.
Bryant and daughter, Gianna, are survived by his wife/mother, Vanessa, and three daughters/sisters.
Bryant played 20 years with the Los Angeles Lakers after being drafted 13th overall in the NBA Draft in 1996 straight out of high school from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Bryant won five titles in his NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers, two NBA Finals Most Valuable Player Award, selected to 18 NBA All-Star games, two Olympic gold medals, and is the fourth highest all-time highest scorer in the NBA with 33,643 points.
