Texas Democratic Party candidate for Governor of Texas, Beto O’Rourke, is visiting Eagle Pass, Texas on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 11:30 a.m. at the City of Eagle Pass Multi-Purpose Center, 480 South Adams Street, in downtown Eagle Pass along the banks of the Rio Grande River, announced Juanita V. Martinez, Maverick County Democratic Party Chairperson. The event is open to the public and admission is free.
Beto O’Rourke invites you and your family to meet and greet him this Saturday, September 3, in Eagle Pass as part of his 49 day, 5,600 mile “Drive for Texas” grassroots campaign to capture the heart and souls of Texans ready for a better quality of life, opportunities, education, robust economy and jobs, and transparency in public government.
With the November 8, 2022 General Election only 67 days away and Early Voting commencing earlier on October 24 through November 4, the race for Texas Governor is close and every vote matters to determine the fate of the great state of Texas for the next four years.
Beto’s goal for Texas is to unite Texans around the most important issues facing all Texans, including Democrats, Republicans, and Independents, such as creating great paying jobs, investing in world-class schools, expanding healthcare so more people can see a doctor, lowering the spiraling costs of living in the state, protect school children from violence, raise the age limit to purchase AR-15 rifles, fix the electrical grid, lowering the real property appraisals and ad valorem taxes throughout the state, pay teachers higher salaries, and grant women their reproductive freedom.
The doors for the event will open early on Saturday, September 3, at the Eagle Pass Multi-Purpose Center. Come on down and meet Beto O’Rourke in person at the event.
