Smoothie King Grand Opening Held in Eagle Pass

The City of Eagle Pass is in the midst of a new era of business development growth with new businesses opening regularly in the community.
One new business celebrating its grand opening on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, was Smoothie King, an international franchise business offering tasty, delicious, and healthy smoothie drinks.
Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce President Jorge Barrera welcomed the new owners of the Eagle Pass Smoothie King franchise to the beautiful City of Eagle Pass, Texas and thanked them for making their multi-million dollar investment and having confidence in our community.
Smoothie King franchise owner stated he was “so proud to open” this Smoothie King franchise in Eagle Pass, culminating several years of planning and developing this investment. The owner plans to open other Smoothie King franchises in Del Rio and Uvalde later this year, but Eagle Pass is their first.
Maverick County Judge Ramsey English Cantu welcomed Smoothie King to the community and congratulated them on their beautiful franchise location in Eagle Pass. Judge Cantu stated Smoothie King’s grand opening is a testament to Eagle Pass and Maverick County experiencing a new era of business development growth in the community and that many other investors are currently building new restaurants and businesses and/or looking into investing in our community.
The new Smoothie King is located at 2258 E. Garrison Street, Eagle Pass, Texas, and its telephone number is (830) 210-8461. Smoothie King is next to the Eagle Pass Burger King franchise restaurant on East Garrison Street.
Following the grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests were invited inside the restaurant for a tour and to taste and sample the many delicious flavors available at the Eagle Pass Smoothie King.
The Eagle Pass High School Mariachi Aguilas de Oro Band provided musical entertainment at the grand opening ceremony.
Smoothie King hours of operation include Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The public is invited to come out to Smoothie King and try their health-conscious blended drinks in varied flavors with fruits and veggies. Welcome to Eagle Pass, Smoothie King.
