The mighty Eagle Pass Youth Baseball and Softball Association (EPYBSA) Babe Ruth Baseball 13 Year Old All-Stars clinched the Southwestern United States Championship on Sunday, July 23, 2023, defeating the Mid-County Texas 13 Year Old All-Stars by the score of 9-4 in Camden, Arkansas, advancing to the 2023 Babe Ruth Baseball World Series in Glen Allen, Virginia.
The Eagle Pass Babe Ruth Baseball 13 Year Old All-Stars will travel to Glen Allen, Virginia to participate in the 2023 Babe Ruth Baseball 13 Year Old World Series during August 10-20, 2023.
Eagle Pass will play against teams from Co-County, Idaho, Janesville, Wisconsin, Altoona, Pennsylvania, North Providence, Rhode Island, Arlington, Virginia, and host Glen Allen, Virginia.
Eagle Pass is scheduled to arrive on August 10, participate in the Opening World Series Ceremony on August 11, compete in Pool Play games during August 12-14, play in Bracket Play during August 17-18, and the Championship Game is on August 19, 2023. Departure Day is scheduled on August 20, 2023.
