Seven Brew Coffee to Open in Eagle Pass
Eagle Pass is set to welcome a new addition to its dining scene with the arrival of Seven Brews Coffee, opening in late 2025 at 564 S. Bibb Avenue. The new coffee franchise will join Denny’s and Jack in the Box, both already operating on the same property, making it the first real estate location in Eagle Pass to host three restaurants under one address.

Construction on the project is well underway. The manufactured restaurant building for Seven Brews Coffee was installed in August 2025, and finishing touches are currently being completed on the site. Once open, the establishment will bring a fresh coffeehouse option to the community, expanding the variety of dining and beverage choices available along one of Eagle Pass’s busiest corridors.
The Houston-based investor who owns the Denny’s and Jack in the Box franchises at the same property will also operate the new Seven Brews Coffee franchise. The site itself carries local significance, as it was once home to the former Luby’s Cafeteria, a longtime staple before its closure.
In the past, the City of Eagle Pass granted tax abatements of unspecified amounts and durations to the Houston investor for the opening of Denny’s and Jack in the Box. However, it remains unclear if the city has extended additional tax incentives for the development of Seven Brews Coffee.
The arrival of Seven Brews Coffee highlights ongoing investment in Eagle Pass’s retail and dining sectors, reflecting both the city’s growing economy and its appeal to national franchise brands.
