2015 Jesus “Chuy” Sanchez Cowboy Breakfast is Tuesday, January 27th

The Maverick County Junior Livestock Show & Sale Association hosts the 2015 Jesus “Chuy” Sanchez Cowboy Breakfast on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, from 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. at the Zan Mathies Maverick County Showbarn at the Maverick County Lake in Eagle Pass, Texas, officially kicking-off the 2015 Maverick County Junior Livestock Show & Sale during January 28-31, 2015.
The annual Jesus “Chuy” Sanchez Cowboy Breakfast is a cherished tradition among Maverick County public officials, entrepreneurs, businesses, student exhibitors, junior livestock sale buyers, and citizens.
The Cowboy Breakfast is named after the late Jesus “Chuy” Sanchez who was President of the Maverick County Junior Livestock Show and Sale Association and a strong supporter of the Cowboy Breakfast and Maverick County youth and succumbed to a long battle with cancer.
The Cowboy Breakfast is co-hosted by the Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce as a fundraiser for the youth of Maverick County and invites all local and out-of-town citizens and businesses to attend and participate in Tuesday’s, January 27th, traditional event featuring a heart-warming Cowboy breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, and refreshments.
In addition to the scrumptious Cowboy breakfast, music and entertainment by local high school students and mariachi bands will provide entertainment for young and old at heart Cowboys and Cowgirls. A monetary donation is requested at the door to help raise funds for local youths participating in agricultural and livestock activities and competitions.
