The City of Eagle Pass, Texas, Maverick County, and the Maverick County Public Environmental and Public Health Associati0n’s Appellate Oral Arguments in the Texas Commission of Enrvironment Quality (TCEQ) Renewal and Expansion Water Discharge Permit to Dos Republicas Coal Partnership scheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2017, in the Travis County, Texas 353rd Judicial District Court in Austin, Texas have been rescheduled to Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 2 P.M. in the same 353rd Judicial District Court in Austin due to an illness of one of the TCEQ attorneys.

The City of Eagle Pass, Maverick County, and the Maverick County Environmental and Public Health Association invite Maverick Countians to travel to Austin, Texas and attend the Appellate Oral Arguments on Thursday, October 5th, in Ausitn.
