33 South Texas-Area College Students Receive Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship Awards
(Press Release) Thirty-three college students have been awarded educational scholarships for the 2020 – 2021 academic year from Silver Eagle Beverages. Nine of the recipients are first year college students. The Silver Eagle Beverages Scholarship program awards up to a total of $4,500 per academic year to the dependent children of Silver Eagle Beverages employees. The scholarship program was started by the company over 20 years ago and has awarded more than $1,075,000 in scholarships. While scholarship recipients are typically honored at an award ceremony at the Silver Eagle Beverages office, this year – to ensure everyone’s health and safety – the distributor hosted a virtual ceremony via Zoom.
“Silver Eagle Beverages is proud to provide the children of our employees with this scholarship opportunity,” said John L.
