Man Arrested at HEB for Resisting Arrest and Assault on a Public Servant

(Press Release) On Friday, September 25, 2020, Eagle Pass Patrol Units responded to the HEB store after a reported disturbance involving a male subject who had activated the store fire alarms. 

Officers arrived and were informed the male subject had entered the warehouse area and was locked within a restroom. The male subject was removed from the restroom and resisted arrest and failed to obey officer’s commands. 

The male subject is currently detained at the Eagle Pass Police Department pending charges of resisting arrest and assault on a public servant. The possibility of other charges are pending at this time. More information will be released only after the subject is formally charged and magistrated.
