Eagle Pass Police Department Investigating Drowning of a Two-Year-Old Child

(Press Release) The Eagle Pass Police Department is currently investigating the apparent drowning of a two-year-old child which occurred on Monday November 2, 2020 at a residence on Avenue A. 

At 1:35 PM Patrol Officers responded to the residence on Avenue A where EMT’s immediately transported the child to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. 

The child was later pronounced deceased. 

This incident continues under investigation.
