Head-On Auto Collision Kills One Eagle Pass Woman and Injures Two on Del Rio Blvd. (U.S. Highway 277 North)

Maverick County Sheriff’s Department reported a head-on auto collision between a Dodge Pick-Up truck and a Chevrolet Pick-Up truck on Del Rio Blvd. (U.S. Highway 277 North) in the Siesta Acres Subdivision in Eagle Pass, Texas at approximately 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 killed an Eagle Pass woman and injured two persons.

The Eagle Pass woman died at the scene of the accident from the strong impact between the two pick-up trucks involved in the head-on collision. The driver of one of the pick-up trucks and a young adolescent child were treated at the scene of the accident by the Eagle Pass EMS Paramedics and transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for treatment of their injuries at the Emergency Room.

The Maverick County Sheriff’s Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety are investigating the deadly head-on auto collision. The collision occurred near the Dollar General store on Del Rio Blvd. in Seco Mines Subdivision area.
