Verne F. Knickerbocker Funeral Arrangements Announced

The family of Verne F. Knickerbocker, legendary attorney and philanthropist, have announced the funeral arrangements for him.
Verne F. Knickerbocker funeral arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218, Telephone No. (210) 828-2811.
Verne F. Knickerbocker was born on September 1, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on November 10, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 12 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home in San Antonio, Texas. A maximum capacity of 50 persons will be allowed to attend the funeral service.
Following his funeral service, Verne F. Knickerbocker remains will be cremated and graveside service will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas. He served in the United States Navy during World War II.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Knickerbocker requested that donations be made to the Eagle Pass Independent School District Scholarship Foundation for graduating students from both Eagle Pass High School and C. C. Winn High School and to the Maverick County Junior Livestock Show Association for local youths who exhibit animal show projects.
Mrs. Norma Knickerbocker expressed her appreciation and gratitude for all the prayers and condolences provided to her and the family on the passing of her husband, Verne F. Knickerbocker.
