Capitol Insurance Services, Inc. Opens Second Location in Eagle Pass, Texas

The Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce hosted the grand opening of Capitol Insurance Services, Inc.’s second location at 2868 El Indio Highway, Eagle Pass, Texas on Thursday, July 22, 2021, with an estimated 50 people in attendance at the event.
Capitol Insurance Services, Inc. was founded by Hector Rivera in 1965 and has since passed on the business to his daughter, Clarissa Moran. Moran is the owner and insurance agent for Capitol Insurance Services, Inc.
The original location of Capitol Insurance Services, Inc. is located at 1115 E. Main Street in Eagle Pass. With the local community growing, the demand for insurance services has grown among Maverick Countians, demanding that Capitol Insurance Services, Inc. open a second location at 2868 El Indio Highway to satisfy the needs of its present and future customers.
Eagle Pass City Council Member and Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce President William “Billy” Davis congratulated Clarissa Moran and Hector Rivera for serving Maverick County for 56 years with the finest residential, commercial, and all types of insurance services. Davis thanked Moran and Rivera for their continued confidence and trust in Eagle Pass as an attractive business market by opening a second location (office) of Capitol Insurance Services, Inc.
Accompanying Clarissa Moran was her husband, Andres Flores, father-Hector Rivera, staff, and family members, friends, customers, and local public officials.
The new office hours for the second location of Capitol Insurance Services, Inc. are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. and the telephone number is (830) 335-2137. The office manager at this second location is Amanda Garza.
