Maverick County Judge David R. Saucedo Registers Candidacy for Re-Election

Maverick County Judge David R. Saucedo registered his candidacy for re-election on Monday, November 15, 2021, with Maverick County Democratic Party Chairperson Juanita V. Martinez at the headquarters of the Democratic Party, located at 1299 Main Street, Suite A in Eagle Pass, Texas.
County Judge Saucedo was accompanied by his wife, Diana, on his official candidate registration at the Maverick County Democratic Party headquarters.
Democratic Party Chairperson Juanita V. Martinez administered the Oath of Candidate to Saucedo.
County Judge Saucedo is in his 11th year as Maverick County Judge after winning the post in 2010 and was re-elected in 2014 and 2018. He seeks a fourth term as Maverick County Judge.
Prior to being elected as Maverick County Judge, Saucedo served three terms as Maverick County Commissioner of Precinct 3 and prior to that as Maverick County Constable for Precinct 3. Saucedo also worked as a teacher with the Eagle Pass Independent School District.
Saucedo seeks a fourth term as Maverick County Judge to continue the progress and growth of Maverick County as a viable and attractive community to live in and conduct business in, continue fiscal responsibility, and improve the quality of life in Maverick County.
The Texas Democratic Party Primary Election is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. The Texas General Election is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
