Dr. Fernanda G. Elizalde Joins Family Dental Care in Eagle Pass

Eagle Pass native, Dr. Fernanda G. Elizalde, is honored and excited to join the dental practice of Dr. Carlos De La Pena at Family Dental Care, located at 2230 N. Veterans Blvd., Suite 200, Eagle Pass, Texas, as a new associate dentist.
Dr. Elizalde stated she is extremely proud to return home and serve the community that has always been a meaningful part of her life.
Dr. Elizalde is a graduate of Eagle Pass High School Class of 2017 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. She furthered her studies at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Elizalde is grateful and appreciative of Dr. & Mrs. Carlos De La Pena for their compassion and commitment to providing quality dental care in the community and opening their hearts to her as a new dentist.
Dr. Elizalde stated her goal is to provide each patient achieve a healthy, confident smile and make their dental experience a positive and comfortable one. She is excited to build her career in the community she calls home and looks forward to caring for generations of families in Eagle Pass and surrounding area. Another goal of hers is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with every patient who sits in her dental chair.
Dr. Elizalde hopes that her success in graduating from Eagle Pass High School, the University of Texas at Austin, and the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas motivates and inspires young women, particularly Hispanic, to pursue their dreams and work hard towards achieving them.
Dr. Elizalde and her husband, Kevin, are welcoming their first child in November. She enjoys exercising at the gym, spending time with her husband, and being surrounded by family and loved-ones.
