Eagle Pass Police Department Invites Community to National Night Out October 7

The Eagle Pass Police Department is inviting residents to attend National Night Out on Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2026 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Patsy Winn Sports Complex.
Police Chief Amy Gonzalez is encouraging the community to take part in the family event, which will bring residents and public safety personnel together.
The evening is expected to include opportunities to meet officers from several agencies, view police units and specialized equipment, and take part in games and other activities for all ages.
The event’s theme is “Stronger Together. Safer Together.”

National Night Out is an annual campaign held in communities across the country. Millions of people take part in events throughout all 50 states, U.S. territories and military bases, with activities designed to build police-community partnerships and strengthen neighborhood ties.Texas and select areas observe the campaign in October.
