Fatburger & Buffalo Express Restaurant Celebrates Grand Opening in Eagle Pass

Hollywood’s favorite hamburger stand, Fatburger, and world-famous Georgia chicken wings restaurant, Buffalo Express, combined their cuisines to open a co-branded restaurant in Eagle Pass, Texas, announced Jake Berchtold, Chief Operations Officer of OHG Brands’ Fast Casual Division.
The Isidro De Los Santos Family’s investment in the community continues to expand with the opening of a new Fatburger & Buffalo Express Restaurant in Eagle Pass.
The Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce joined the De Los Santos Family Saturday, October 17, 2026 to celebrate the official grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new co-branded, Fatburger & Buffalo Express Restaurant, located at 3777 El Indio Highway in Eagle Pass.
The new restaurant brings Fatburger’s hand-pressed burgers, fries, and hand-scooped milkshakes alongside Buffalo Express’ craveable chicken wings to the community, complete with a convenient drive-thru designed for guests to grab their favorites on the go.
Cynthia De Los Santos welcomed all the guests, dignitaries, and customers to the grand opening and thanked everyone who assisted in the development and opening of the new Fatburger & Buffalo Express restaurant.
Isidro De Los Santos IV stated the family is ‘incredibly excited to open our doors and welcome the Eagle Pass community. We look forward to creating a place where families and friends can come together and enjoy the Fatburger & Buffalo Express experience.”
Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce President Jorge Barrera was the Master of Ceremony for the grand opening and congratulated the De Los Santos Family on their new business investment in the community.
Eagle Pass Mayor Aaron Valdez addressed the guests at the grand opening and stated “we are deeply honored and excited for this new business in the community and the trust the De Los Santos Family have in the future growth and development of Eagle Pass.” Valdez added “this new Fatburger & Buffalo Express Restaurant is a significant investment in the economic development of Eagle Pass, and will provide more than 40 new jobs in the community.”
Following the public comments, the De Los Santos Family and guests proceeded to hold the official ribbon cutting ceremony of the new Fatburger & Buffalo Express Restaurant. The first 100 customers were awarded a free meal in honor of the grand opening. Previously, the restaurant soft opening was on October 12.
Fatburger’s motto is “The Last Great Hamburger Stand” while Buffalo Express is “Where Everyone is Family,” combining for a winning and delicious dining experience for the family.
The new Fatburger & Buffalo Express Restaurant is located at 3777 El Indio Highway, Eagle Pass, Texas and is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Come on down to enjoy the finest hamburgers and chicken wings in the community.
