Global Agility Solutions Advances With Eagle Pass Call Center Construction

Global Agility Solutions continues moving forward with construction of its new call center in Eagle Pass, Texas, advancing an economic development project expected to bring hundreds of jobs to the community.

Known as “Project Madison,” the development was announced by the City of Eagle Pass in April 2026.

During the announcement, Mayor Aaron Valdez described the initiative as a game changer for the community, highlighting its potential to provide well-paying employment opportunities for approximately 500 people.

The call center, located in the El Indio Highway area, represents an investment in Eagle Pass and its workforce. At the project’s unveiling, officials said the operation would offer wages above minimum wage, expanding employment options for local residents.

Valdez joined city officials, community leaders and stakeholders for the April announcement.

Martin Maldonado, chief executive officer of Global Agility Solutions, also attended, introducing the company behind the development.

Global Agility Solutions specializes in business process outsourcing, providing call center operations, data entry, image processing and back-office support.

Its services include support for the transportation and tolling industries.

The company operates domestically and internationally, with facilities in the United States, the Philippines and Vietnam that provide around-the-clock services to clients.

For Eagle Pass, the new operation is expected to help diversify an economy closely connected to international trade, retail and transportation.

A business services employer of this size could give residents additional opportunities to work locally while supporting household income and spending at area businesses.
