NOTICE OF FORMER INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR REPORTER’S
DISASSOCIATION FROM THE EAGLE PASS BUSINESS JOURNAL
To Our Readers, Followers, Community Members, and the General Public:
The Eagle Pass Business Journal, Inc. herby informs the public that independent contractor reporter Ms. Eileen Hernandez is no longer affiliated with, employed by, or authorized to represent this publication in any capacity, effective immediately, October 18, 2026.
In September 2026, Ms. Hernandez took sabbatical leave from the Eagle Pass Business Journal to work on her independent company, Hernandez Communications, to provide marketing and political consulting to local political candidates. While on sabbatical leave, Ms. Hernandez chose to open her own news business on October 18, 2026. We wish her the best in her new endeavor.
As of October 18, 2026, Ms. Eileen Hernandez is not authorized to conduct interviews, gather news, solicit information, issue statements, make commitments, represent herself or act on behalf of the Eagle Pass Business Journal.
Any statements, publications, social media activity, correspondence, or other communications made by Ms. Eileen Hernandez after October 18, 2026 should not be attributed to the Eagle Pass Business Journal.
